OCTOBER 2021

The Future Factory eventtook place on 15 and 16 September in Milan, the event was organized by ACiMGA, the association that brings together the industries of the corrugated cardboard, printing and paper converting sector to which Policart had the pleasure of joining since last June.

The event, which attracted more than 700 online participants and 150 attendees, called  to the stage the best experts and producers in the sector to take stock of the present and outline development guidelines for the future.

The event was held with the express purpose of creating industry culture by offering the printed product community adequate information on how companies and institutions are redesigning the evolution and guiding the concrete development of the sector.

The event was also, and above all, a new meeting opportunity to continue the work begun at Drupa Digital by the Italian-German task force engaged in precise bilateral agreements between the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the German Ministry of Economy and Environment.

The purpose of the agreements is to foster a more profitable dialogue between the two countries in terms of exhibition activities and the global promotion of new printing, coverting and packaging technologies, a sector in which Germany and Italy stand out globally, covering a market share of 30% which rises to 40% at European level, because only by developing a collaboration on a global level will companies in the sector be able to implement the paradigm of sustainability.
